Washington State University has updated the Hop Cost of Production Study, and today released a Producer Version of the new document.  A more detailed version is in the final stages of review, and will be released shortly.  The Producer Version is an abbreviated format that does not include examples of various situations.  It is a simple workbook to assist producers who are familiar with the crop in calculating their costs and breakeven prices.  To access this information, please click on the "Statistics" tab and visit the "Cost of Production" page on this website.
