Field Guide for IPM in Hops - Pocket Version now available
The Pocket Version of the Field Guide for Integrated Pest Management in Hops is now available. The pocket version contains images of the primary pests, diseases, and beneficial organisms associated with hops in the U.S. It is printed on waterproof and tear-proof paper with both English and Spanish text. Development of the field guide was a collaborative effort of USDA Agricultural Research Service, Oregon State University, University of Idaho, and Washington State University in response to the U.S. hop industry's need for IPM information in a package more readily usable by producers and their field personnel. Funding for this book was provided by the EPA Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program. Hard copies of the field guide are available free of charge to producers, researchers, crop advisers, and other IPM personnel in the Pacific Northwest (shipping costs may apply). The electronic version of the field guide is available by visiting the Research section of this website, under the Pests and Pathogens page. |
